As a fellow Female Frontsinger Growler, I can say with confidence that Grace isn't just "eyecandy" her vocals are INSANE, and you tell me another chick in a major band who can growl Death Metal like her? If you also have ever seen Landmine Marathon live, she never wears makeup or heels.. She also even goes into the pits with the crowds before/after their band set! She's really down to earth and loves to wear just plain band-tees with jeans. You tell me if that's "eye-candy". =P I think not.

I LOVE Angela from Arch Enemy, but they're more Progressive Metal, than Death. So you can't really compare the two.

As far as Halestorm, yeah, they're not metal, they're just plain "rock" genre. But they are great musicians none of the less! Anyone who actually watches a music video of them would know this! Lzzy has strong vocals, the lead guitarist is very talented, and so is the drummer (lzzy's brother). You can't deny their stage presense either is incredible.

If you honestly want to talk about girls who are "eye-candy" then I hate to say this, but look at Christina Scabia or Within Temptation's Singer. Those are girls you would most likely never see in a pit.

So girls who can do that in a male dominated genre... More power to them! You shouldn't speak about something you dont know. Are you truly sure that you know what Metal really is??

Oi, people really need to think about what they're saying before talking out of their asses. Metal shouldn't be this judgemental as anyother genre, but of course it is. So make sure that you know what you speak of before you give the true Metalheads a band name. Thanks.
